Dan’s mother, Fran Arnold, was (and remains) number 41 on the Circuit Court mediator certification rolls and worked for many years at Mediation, Inc. Dan has witnessed first-hand the growth of mediation over these years. Mediation is an important focus of his legal career and Dan is well-qualified to help resolve your dispute. Dan’s rate depends on the complexity of the dispute and is open to discussion. He is also available for non-binding arbitration as well.

Prior to that affiliation he served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Maloney, United States District Judge, Northern District of Texas, and also served as an intern to the Honorable William J. Zloch, Chief United States Judge, Southern District of Florida.
